Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, vasoactive drip titration, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction. Float opportunities provide exposure to multiple units including medical-surgical, step-down, PCU, emergency department, and CVICU, with a maximum patient cap of 4 when floating.
