Are you a people person with a passion for joyful customer service? Citizens First Bank is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Lobby Host at our Lake Sumter Landing Branch! As a Lobby Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.<div>*This is a shared role with a rotating schedule of one week on, one week off*</div><div> </div>Lobby Host Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist customers with their banking needs, whether it's opening an account, making a deposit, or simply asking a question.</li><li>Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or representative.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive and professional environment.</li><li>Promote bank products and services, offering solutions tailored to our customers' needs.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve branch goals.</li></ul>Lobby Host Requirements:Minimum: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required, one year in a customer service/retail environment.  </li><li>Must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision.  </li><li>Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in branch activities and displaying positive behavior. </li><li>Must be detail oriented, have good general math skills, letter composition and typing skills.
