The Senior Manager will own the technical roadmap, lead feasibility assessments, guide solution design, manage backlog refinement and sprint planning, support defect triage, track delivery and product quality metrics, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. The team partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver capabilities that improve seller productivity, forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
