Clinical Skills: Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip management and titration, ventilator care, central line and PICC line management, blood product administration, BiPAP/CPAP management, high flow nasal cannula, interpretation of dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases, pre/post cardiac catheterization care, post-TPA care, chest tube management, tracheostomy care, wound care including wound vacs, and management of complex medical conditions including CVA, renal failure, traumatic brain injury, and intracranial bleeds.
