You will build meaningful connections through attentive, thoughtful service while ensuring each meal is served with care and professionalism. In this role, you will help uphold our standards for food and beverage service while contributing to a positive, community-focused atmosphere where residents feel valued and at home.Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greeting & Seating: Welcome and seat residents and guests in the dining area when no host is available.</li><li>Guest Experience: Guide guests through their dining experience, maintaining full knowledge of the menu and preparation methods, and ensuring a seamless service from start to finish.</li><li>Service Protocols: Follow the Food & Beverage sequence of service as outlined by the Dining Room Manager and Executive Chef, ensuring proper procedures are consistently adhered to.</li><li>Table Maintenance: Set and reset tables before, during, and after service, ensuring that all silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins are clean and polished.</li><li>Pre-bussing & Bussing: Clear and clean tables as needed during service, removing used dishes and glassware to maintain a tidy environment.</li><li>Food & Beverage Delivery: Assist in running food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Opening & Closing Procedures: Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area and performing side work throughout the shift.</li><li>Cleanliness & Safety: Address spills and broken glassware/dishes immediately, using floor signs when necessary to maintain safety.</li><li>Equipment Maintenance: Clean all equipment, tools, and supplies, and ensure that they are in good working order, following company policies and local health department guidelines.</li><li>Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with management, fellow servers, and staff to address guest needs, resolve any issues, and ensure smooth service.</li><li>Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, respectful, and enthusiastic attitude toward all team members and guests always.</li><li>Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as required by management.</li></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Previous food service experience is preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Experience working with a POS system is beneficial.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.</li><li>Certification: A Food Handler certification or the ability to obtain one is required.</li><li>Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays), and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the workday.</li><li>Frequent bending, stooping, and stretching, especially in tight spaces.</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and hold up to 50 pounds.</li></ul>As a responsible organization, Enso Village is committed to maintaining a secure, drug-free work environment. The Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining CRM integrity, supporting sales conversion, and ensuring apartments and residents are fully prepared for move-in.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer experience.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Lead Management<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries (phone, web, walk-ins).</li><li>Enter and maintain all prospect data in the CRM system with accuracy and Management<ul><li>Maintain CRM accuracy, including lead entry, activity tracking, and documentation.</li><li>Generate and manage reports related to leads, pipeline, and occupancy.</li><li>Ensure proper tracking of marketing attribution and sales activities.</li><li>Support ongoing database management, including prospect files and communication records.</li></ul>Events and Marketing Coordination <ul><li>Support planning and execution of events designed to generate leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.</li><li>Manage event logistics, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up.</li><li>Coordinate fulfillment of marketing collateral and materials for prospects and events.</li><li>Ensure the sales office is prepared with all necessary materials and supplies.</li></ul>Administrative & Operational Support<ul><li>Process deposits, cancellations, and financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain inventory tracking of available units in coordination with Sales leadership.</li><li>Support accounts payable and administrative coordination related to marketing and sales activities.</li><li>Answer phones and manage coordination, sales support, hospitality, or project management.</li><li>Experience in senior living, real estate, or customer-facing environments preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced
