The Fresh Mark facility in Canton, Ohio, is currently accepting applications for Security Guards.  The successful candidate will be vigilant, and hardworking.$16.00/Hour Functions and Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Patrol industrial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.   </li><li>Apprehend trespassers and remove people who violate the rules or create disturbances.</li><li>Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.</li><li>Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.   </li><li>Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises. </li><li>Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.</li><li>Contact emergency services in cases such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.   </li><li>Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours.</li><li>Conduct random checks of individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into or out of restricted areas.   </li><li>Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.   </li><li>Authorize and check in trucks.
