This role is ideal for a hands-on strategic leader who wants to build modern platforms, develop high-performing teams, and shape the future of healthcare delivery through thoughtful technology, data, and AI and will include all aspects of technology build including Infrastructure/Hosting, Security/Compliance, Product/Tool integrations, Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence and supporting existing vendor product stack, etc. 15+ years of demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams, including experience developing managers, scaling modern software platforms, improving engineering operating models, and delivering enterprise-grade products in regulated or data-intensive environments.
