As a Technical Program Manager on our Tonopah Flats Lithium Project, you will lead and own all facets of technical projects associated with this major line of business, from scoping, resource management, technical planning and oversight of budgets, and will drive technical efforts from laboratory concept, through to construction and commissioning on a commercial scale, for our proprietary primary extraction technologies and associated solar PV + BESS facilities. The ideal candidate is familiar with the design, installation, commissioning, operation and scale-up of large-scale greenfield facilities, and should be passionate about designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient mining/refining processes, ensuring quality control of outputs, specifying equipment, crafting and deploying monitoring protocols, and working in a high-performance and fast-paced environment.
