<h2> Job Description </h2><h3> Licensure/Certification Qualifications: </h3> Summary: This position is ideal for a certified Pathologist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, who has an interest in Surgical Pathology and is sub-specialty certification in Hematopathology. The team environment is supportive and uses advanced systems like Epic & Epic Beaker.   Practice Specifics: <ul><li> Position Type: Vibrant, hardworking, team player. </li><li> Experience: 3-5 years minimum, certified in anatomic & clinical pathology. </li><li> Specialization: Broad interest in Surgical Pathology. Fellowship and board certified in Hematopathology. </li><li> Team: Join a team of 13 Pathologists. </li><li> Lab: Active Clinical and Anatomic Pathology lab. </li><li> Practice: Expanding referral practice. </li><li> Coverage Area: Four-state region (MN, WI, Upper-MI, ND). </li><li> Work environment: Collegial group with dedicated, supportive staff. </li><li> Systems: Epic & Epic Beaker. </li></ul>  Requirements: <ul><li> Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible (BD/BE) in Anatomic, Clinical, and Hematopathology. </li></ul> Location: <ul><li> Proximity: 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul </li><li> Service Area: Regional service area of 460,000; Metro population of 125,000. </li></ul>  Compensation: <ul><li>$495,000.
