The primary responsibility of an Asphalt Screed Operator is to safely and efficiently operate the screed on the asphalt paving equipment to spread, level, and smooth asphalt to precise specifications, depth, and slope on highways, streets, parking lots, and driveways. Display good communication skills, including the ability to understand and follow verbal and non-verbal directions and instructions.
