 <br/><strong><u>Duties/Responsibilities:</u></strong><ul><li>Operate equipment safely and efficiently to properly compact earth, subgrade, and sub-base asphalt surfaces and finish asphalt material from paver.</li><li>Operate machine in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted, rolling asphalt and subgrade to desired compaction and smoothness of job requirements.</li><li>Must partner with other crew members to apply asphalt per plan specifications and perform tasks as instructed by crew foreman to ensure daily schedules/estimates are met.</li><li>May operate a variety of hand and power tools as well as other equipment needed to complete jobs within specifications.</li><li>Additional tasks of other positions and duties as assigned.</li></ul>
