Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned multi-state payrolls including processing payments for bonuses, commissions, short term disability, new hires, termination payouts, pay increases, and transfers. Our Client, a American Network Infrastructure Provider company, is looking for a Payroll Clerk 3 for their Springfield, IL location.   Responsibilities:<ul><li>The main function of a Payroll Clerk is to compile and post employee time and payroll data.</li><li>May compute employees' time worked, production, and commission</li><li>May compute and post wages and deductions</li><li>May prepare paychecks.</li><li>Responsible for processing and reviewing multi-state payrolls to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and government regulations. </li><li>Ensures employees have proper tax jurisdiction setup and required forms.  </li><li>Analyze and remit benefit deductions. </li><li>Assists in preparing input for special payments.  </li><li>Works closely with management on issues and projects as assigned.  </li><li>Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of assigned multi-state payrolls including processing payments for bonuses, commissions, short term disability, new hires, termination payouts, pay increases, and transfers. </li><li>Assist with reviewing payrolls; Pay Transparency: The base salary for this position is $105,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
