JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide Workday and Kronos support and customer service to all employees of The University of Vermont Health Network (UVMHN) Affiliates and The University of Vermont Health Network Medical Group (UVMHNMG), answering questions and providing guidance in matters relating to timekeeping, earnings, taxes, deductions, CTO, Benefits and Compensation. They will have a solid working knowledge of the entire payroll function within Workday and Kronos including timekeeping, data entry, system workflow, Third-party tax and garnishments processing, banking, GL and Budget, as well as system testing .
