Depending on the project and the site you may: Supervise work through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks, supervise in both their work assignments and performance development (appraisal), Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training and development and appraisal of personnel, and Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, appraisal and work assignments of personnel. As the Project Manager (Under the SWAT - Specialized Work & Advisory Team - Group), you will coordinate a variety of jobs including mechanical flushing and bypass pumping by planning, promoting, developing and executing turnkey bypass projects.
