Works together with the Community Dental Home Coordinator (CDHC) and other members of the clinic's staff to develop and implement effective referral practices for young children within the clinic (i.e., from primary care medical providers to dental care providers). Work requires periods of standing, sitting, lifting, turning, twisting, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, speaking, hearing, seeing and ability to articulate clearly, use of hands to finger, reaching with hands and arms.
