p>Fosters a spirit of collaboration, education and cooperation amongst the medical staff including direct supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants (in accord with State Boards of Nursing and Medicine regulations) as needed, consultation with medical colleagues as requested, including other HW clinicians and maintains flexibility to meet schedule and patient needs. Supports the Health West Director of Quality, the Director of Behavioral Health, the Chief Operations Officer, and other personnel as they implement workflows and other processes aimed at improving nursing, reception, behavioral health, prescription assistance, and outreach care.
