Bachelor's degree in a life science field required• Completion of a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists' Assistant program (Master's level preferred)• Certification or certification-eligible through ASCP as PA(ASCP)• Prior experience in a surgical pathology setting preferred• Strong anatomical knowledge and specimen handling skills• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management• Proficient in laboratory information systems and grossing protocols.
