In this role, you'll provide one-on-one physical therapy services to adult and geriatric clients living in assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities serving individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties, NJ . Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and manual therapy techniques.
