Check and repair electrical fixtures, including ballasts, switches and outlets; replaces electrical switches, light bulbs, and fluorescent light tubes; checks and repairs basic plumbing fixtures, including spigots, traps and washers, and pipe fittings; makes minor repairs on mechanical equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, fans, pumps, gear boxes and conveyors; cleans and lubricates moving parts; packs glands; and performs various other preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment. Operate, maintain, and service basic building assets, doors, HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, CMMS, plumbing, steam, vessels, pumps, motors, fire protection, nurse call, and other building systems.
