Reporting to the May Center Executive Director, the Director of Aquatics will be responsible for the leadership, daily operations, departmental development and management of the Operations management team and the Aquatics division of the May Center to maximize operational efficiencies, safety and patron/member experience; while supporting program participation, member retention and Center profitability. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Member Experience, Financial Management Team, and Human Resources to optimize existing operating systems and ensure all aquatics staff are effectively trained on May Center technologies, including but not limited to Salesforce, Traction Rec, TCP, UPACE, and Tessitura.
