Key responsibilities include operating and managing cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during surgical procedures, closely monitoring patient vitals, and working in coordination with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and execute optimal perfusion strategies. We welcome recent graduates, but all applicants must demonstrate strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and critical thinking skills, particularly in high-stakes environments.
