Fulfills member orders accurately, ensuring order and invoice correctness, and following up on out-of-stock items. Provides excellent customer service by assisting members with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Adheres to policies, demonstrates integrity, respects diversity, and fosters a positive team environment. Strives for continuous improvement, adapts to change, and drives results with a customer-first mindset.
