The person will screen and interview caregiver applicants (10-15 in-person weekly) across 1-2 offices, complete our proprietary Orientation and Onboarding (“O&O”) with those new hires, assist with payroll, benefits admin., and training set-up, ensure staff compliance with agency policies and procedures, state and federal guidelines.
