This role requires a general knowledge of engineering principles, ability to read and interpret plans, MicroStation, AutoCAD, GIS systems, pole loading or other specialty software, as well as strong communication, technical writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Energy-Engineer-in-Training will assist in the design and preparation of construction drawings for various utility projects including natural gas, power, transmission, distribution, substation, clean generation and energy storage projects.
