Working ability to: operate a computer; perform pharmaceutical mathematical calculations; research, read, interpret, and communicate medical and pharmacy literature; communicate clearly and effectively; review and verify medication orders accurately and timely through electronic health record; use aseptic technique for non-sterile and sterile compounding of non-hazardous and hazardous medications; supervise pharmacy technicians; and work cooperatively with other staff and health care providers. Vacation Accrual: Initially approximately 14 days of vacation per year increasing to 19 days at 5 years of service, 21 days at 12 years of service, 22 days at 13 years of service, 23 days at 14 years of service, 25 days at 15 years of service and topping out at 26 days per year at 20 years of service.
