Working knowledge of third party pay plans, as well as indigent patient drug procurement programs, excellent customer service and communication skills, proficient in the English language, ability to manage time and people effectively, good attention to detail, ability to follow policies and procedures. Provide comprehensive medication management services including an evaluation of prescribed medications, over the counter drugs, herbal or nutritional products and immunizations for patients to ensure safe, effective utilization that is tailored to the individualized needs of each patient.
