Job Description: Earn up to $400,000 per year at Gold PM&R. Gold is seeking dedicated and passionate Physiatrists to join our dynamic team. As a Gold PM&R Physiatrist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Gold PM&R specializes in acute and subacute rehabilitation units and facilities.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with diverse rehabilitation needs.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations, to determine appropriate rehabilitation goals and interventions.</li><li>Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize functional outcomes and promote independence.</li><li>Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries in electronic medical records systems.</li><li>Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process,</li><li>expected outcomes, and post-discharge care.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.</li><li>Completion of ACGME-accredited residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).</li></ul><ul><li>Board certification or eligibility in PM&R.</li><li>Valid medical license in the state of practice.</li><li>Strong clinical skills in the evaluation and management of patients with acute and subacute rehabilitation needs.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to professional growth and development.</li><li>Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with potential to make $350k-$400k.</li><li>15-25 patients daily.</li><li>Flexible hours 7 on 7 off or M-F</li><li>100% inpatient, outpatient opportunities available.</li><li>Internal Medicine support for every patient.</li><li>Independent contractor model.</li><li>No in-house call.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development.</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive work environment with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.</li><li>Access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.</li></ul>

Working collaboratively with medical and therapy providers, you will provide specialist services - may include EMGs and NCS - for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work related injuries.

Overview:
Concentra, one of the largest health care companies in the nation, is looking for a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to come on site to our location as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is a contract position and is meant to compliment your current practice. A typical partnership will involve treating patients on site at Concentra for approximately a 4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis. Concentra Advanced Specialists assist in the management of medically complex patients, expedite return to work and functional restoration. Working collaboratively with medical and therapy providers, you will provide specialist services - may include EMGs and NCS - for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work related injuries. In addition, you will communicate with employers and take an active role in the case management. The treatments you provide will make a tremendous difference in the lives of those who look to us for care and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Half a day per week or biweekly - Flexible scheduling with consideration of your private practice This position is an independent contractor role for Concentra. Compensation for services is determined by a revenue share model.

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries - Licensure requirements of the state ofpractice - Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university - Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction - Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site
