Our Nurse Practitioner is responsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process, consultative services, inter and intradepartmental liaison, education, leadership and patient care management across the health care continuum including preventative care, acute care through discharge, and ambulatory care environments. Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies, prescribe medications as appropriate, and coordinate referrals to physical therapy, behavioral health/mental health services, and other supportive care resources to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
