Works under the supervision of the Medical Director to evaluate, diagnose, and provide medical management for clients with co-occurring disorders, including the treatment of substance use concerns. Collects and organizes information related to individual client, family, medical, substance use and mental health history, and onset/severity of symptoms obtained from client, family members, and other pertinent treatment providers.
