Job Type Full-time Description Take-off with Pilatus! We are seeking an Aircraft Sales Contract Administrator to support aircraft sales operations in Sarasota, FL. Responsibility for coordinating contractual, financial, and operational activities associated with complex aircraft transactions while supporting customer engagement, sales operations, and delivery coordination throughout the sales process. This position supports the southeast aircraft sales team and provides exposure to customer engagement, aircraft demonstrations, transaction coordination, and aircraft delivery activities within the business aviation industry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Preparation and management of aircraft sales contracts, transaction documentation, purchase agreements, bills of sale, and registration records </li><li>Coordination of aircraft transaction funding activities, escrow documentation, customer invoices, deposit requests, and payment processing with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Tracking of aircraft sales milestones including aircraft specifications, documentation deadlines, delivery coordination, and post-delivery activities </li><li>Direct interaction with customers, OEM representatives, escrow companies, and internal departments throughout aircraft transaction and delivery activities </li><li>Support of customer visits, aircraft demonstrations, specification sessions, factory tours, airshows, and other customer-facing sales events </li><li>Preparation of proposals, pricing summaries, sales presentations, and supporting documentation for aircraft sales representatives </li><li>Management of confidential customer, financial, and contractual information with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism </li><li>Support of additional sales operations and administrative activities as assigned </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field preferred; pilot experience or aviation certifications considered a plus </li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting complex transactions, contract administration, aviation sales operations, corporate aviation, or other high-value customer environments preferred </li><li>Experience supporting aircraft owners, operators, corporate flight departments, senior executives, or external business partners preferred </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, financial documentation, and transaction tracking processes </li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>High attention to detail, professionalism, discretion with confidential information, customer service mindset, and flexibility for occasional travel, evening, or weekend support activities </li><li>Willingness to travel for training activities, including extended training periods at company locations in Westminster, MD, Rock Hill, SC and Chamblee, GA. </li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus </li><li>90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annually </li><li>Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually </li><li>401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% </li><li>Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full </li><li>Tuition assistance available annually after the first year </li></ul> The salary range is$65,000 - $78,000 per year depending on experience. Overview:
Job Summary *** 14/7 Schedule, Primary base is Venice (could provide coverage at the Fort Meyers, Inverness, Kissimmee, and Tampa bases) *** For this role rotor experience is needed. Your aircraft will be an EC135. Responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and alterations of Company operated aircraft and articles as assigned in accordance with Air Methods’ policies and procedures. Ensures company operational goals and objectives are met, while guaranteeing all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable maintenance manuals.  

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: • Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letters, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations • Upon installation or removal of any component or assembly, the Mechanic shall verify by physical inspection or markings on the part that the part number and serial number match the associated documentation • Ensures all aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable maintenance manuals to include specific chapters • Actively participates in the continuous improvement phase (level 4) of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and is familiar with the SMS policies, processes, and procedures • Maintains work area in a clean and professional manner Responsible for correcting compliance or safety issues when directed by the Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, Regional Maintenance Director, Director of Safety, or Lead Mechanic • Responsible for advising the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any maintenance issues that would take an aircraft out of service • Responsible for validating or confirming the data in the Status Report concerning the aircraft he or she is working on including • Request aviation parts and supplies in order to maintain an adequate and orderly inventory of all stock items to ensure prompt repairs for operational readiness • Other Duties as assigned Additional Job Requirements<ul><li>Provide timely on call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary</li><li>Regular scheduled attendance</li><li>Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling: 25 – 50%</li><li>Periodic travel in support of Part 135 operations and company objectives will be expected.</li><li>Must live within an hour of primary base. </li></ul> Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. Qualifications:

Education & Experience • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Factory airframe/power plant schools preferred, active/current A&P REQUIRED • FAR 135 operations preferred Skills • Electrical troubleshooting and refined vibration-balancing • Sheet metal and composite repair procedures • Ability to read and understand various documents such as 337’s, Service Bulletins, AD’s, etc. • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment • Ability to be a team player with a professional attitude • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotation • Efficient in the use of electronic or paper based manuals and able to navigate through vendor data to find necessary information • Ability to learn and utilize the Company’s ERP system (Ramco) • Strong communication skills • Ability to apply creativity and problem solving skills in troubleshooting work Computer Skills • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • RAMCO experience preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations • FAA A&P License in good standing.
