Perform stormwater conveyance system maintenance on all county canals, lakes, ponds, and ditches Restore road right-of-ways and properties relating to stormwater maintenance and repairs Install and repair pipeline infrastructure and plumbing to ensure proper grade of the conveyance system Respond to emergency situations as required Lead staff in operations to ensure safety Carpenter work to include design, frame or form needed to install and build new infrastructure Design, form, and pour concrete for structures, high back curb, Miami curb, ect. Knowledge of current technology in storm water distribution systems and road right of way maintenance practices Knowledge of safe operation of specialized tools and equipment used in the maintenance storm water conveyance system and road right of way maintenance and repair Operation of harvesters, airboats, motorboats, excavators, arm mowers, personal computers and mechanical tools used in the utility maintenance industry.
