This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who can lead the deployment of a diverse portfolio of enterprise technologies into a large, complex federal environment, including ServiceNow, the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure), AI-enabled and agentic solutions, custom software applications, AI-assisted software engineering approaches, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products. The TPM manages a portfolio of concurrent technology projects and deployments, sets and enforces best practices across software development, customer/user experience (CX/UX) design, security, and release management, and is personally accountable for the cost, schedule, quality, and adoption of every solution the team delivers.
