Works closely with the AVP to develop and implement the campus capital outlay program to include setting recommended priorities for the annual and five year programs, master plan implementation strategies, feasibility studies and program development, project justifications, and budget development and coordination with the CSU Office of the Chancellor for all state and non-state funded projects. •Oversees the implementation/compliance of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for campus projects, to include determination of appropriate CEQA process, management of consulting firms and contracts, coordination of CSU Capital Planning, Desing and Construction staff, CSU General Counsel, local, state and federal agencies, and the public.
