Govern evaluation and lifecycle improvement of installed plant equipment, utilities, HVAC/R and clean-room systems to increase reliability, operability, capacity, lifecycle value, energy efficiency and sustainability; define expected benefits and oversee realization with sites, pro-jects and partner functions.
