Role: Technical Marketing & Podcast Assistant We are looking for a sharp, reliable assistant to support marketing and podcast efforts. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring adaptability. You will work across research, outreach, content, and coordination. What You’ll Do <ul><li>Research and validate client prospects, including contact details</li><li>Build and maintain accurate outreach lists</li><li>Monitor media for timely guest and press opportunities</li><li>Pitch clients to podcasts, reporters, and outlets (must sound fully human, no AI tone)</li><li>Help secure podcast guest placements</li><li>Write and draft press releases</li><li>Manage scheduling and coordination across clients</li><li>Join client meetings and capture clear next steps</li><li>Post action items in client Slack channels after meetings </li></ul> What We’re Looking For <ul><li>Strong written English with a natural, human tone</li><li>Comfortable using AI tools, with a clear sense of what to avoid</li><li>Strong research skills and attention to detail</li><li>Able to spot patterns and move fast with good judgment</li><li>Organized and responsive</li><li>Follows directions well and executes without hand-holding</li><li>Works well with a team </li></ul> Profile We want someone smart, curious, and adaptable. Someone who learns fast, takes initiative, and gets things done without waiting to be told twice. Think of this role as a hybrid between a marketing assistant and a technical operator. You will support podcast growth, Marketing outreach, and client execution. Each day, you will have a standup to discuss deliverables and blockers. Working hours would be from 9-2 EST, with potential for full-time. This is a remote position.
