Description Position at FloForm Countertops Polisher / Fabricator - Weekend Shift (Full-Time) Boise, ID Friday-Sunday Early Day Shift 3 days on. 4 days off. Build something you're proud of. (DOE)</li><li>3-day workweek = better work-life balance </li><li>Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & RX</li><li>Company-paid Life & AD&D Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical & Dependent Care) </li><li>401(k) participation</li><li>Stable, growing company with long-term career potential </li><li>Team-oriented, positive work environment </li></ul> What You'll Do <ul><li>Grind, sand, polish, and finish stone surfaces to precise specifications </li><li>Shape and refine materials using templates and blueprints </li><li>File and finish detailed, contoured, and irregular stone surfaces </li><li>Load and position materials using hand tools and mechanical lifters </li><li>Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace </li><li>Support additional production tasks as needed </li></ul>• What You Bring <ul><li>1+ year experience in stone fabrication or polishing (preferred) </li><li>Experience with natural stone and engineered quartz is a plus </li><li>Auto detailing experience? Your polishing skills can transfer well here </li><li>Familiarity with grinders, polishers, and fabrication tools </li><li>Ability to read measurements and work with precision </li><li>Experience with hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.) </li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization </li><li>Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills </li></ul> Physical Requirements <ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods </li><li>Lift and move materials safely (with assistance as needed) </li><li>Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements </li><li>Work in a production environment </li></ul> Why FLOFORM?
