We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, personalized experiences in a serene and restorative environment. <br/><br/><strong>Location Information:</strong></div><ul><li>The Narande Spa is located at The Buttes Marriott Resort in Tempe</li><li>2000 Westcourt Way, Tempe, AZ 85282</li><li>Between Broadway & Southern, off of 48th Street.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br/>The Nail Technician provides professional nail care services to resort guests and members in accordance with Narande Spa’s high standards of service and cleanliness. This is a part-time/on-call position requiring day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on spa operations and guest demand.<br/><br/><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></div><ul><li>Perform a full range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and deluxe treatments, following proper sanitation and Arizona State Board standards.</li><li>Deliver services consistent with the Narande Spa menu such as:<ul><li><strong>Deluxe Manicure </strong></li><li><strong>Deluxe Pedicure</strong></li><li><strong>Essential Manicure</strong></li><li><strong>Essential Pedicure</strong></li><li><strong>Add-ons</strong> such as paraffin, gel polish, or French tips.</li></ul></li><li>Maintain a professional, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.</li><li>Ensure nail stations and tools are sanitized and restocked between services.</li><li>Adhere to spa protocols, safety procedures, and service standards.</li><li>Promote spa retail products and service upgrades when appropriate.</li><li>Maintain accurate product usage and inventory records.</li><li>Support team operations by assisting with spa upkeep and guest flow.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Non-Essential Functions:</strong></div><ul><li>Assist Spa Manager/Director with special events or seasonal promotions.</li><li>Participate in training sessions and spa meetings as required.</li><li>Provide spa tours for potential guests when requested.</li><li>Support fellow spa team members when available.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Current Arizona Nail Technician or Cosmetology license required.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred (resort or luxury spa experience a plus).</li><li><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong><ul><li>Strong guest service and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of nail care, safety, and sanitation standards.</li><li>Retail or product sales experience preferred.<br/><br/></li></ul></li></ul><div><strong>No. of employees supervised: </strong>None</div><div><strong>Travel required: </strong>None</div><div><strong>Hours Required: </strong>Available on an on-call basis; scheduled times will vary based on Spa operations.</div><div><strong>Job Type</strong>: Part-time/On Call</div><br/><br/><strong>About Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at the Buttes:</strong><p>This resort offers breathtaking valley views, over 40,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces, and 353 newly renovated guest rooms.
