Manage billing for private pay, Medicaid, Hospice, Medicare, and Managed Care in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), MassHealth, and other payer requirements. Serve as a key point of contact for residents and families while collaborating with internal departments (Admissions, MDS, Social Services, Finance) to support admissions, eligibility, and overall financial operations.
