Client Requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related field of study, hands-on software testing experience, plus at least two years of professional service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Candidate must have hands-on experience using a software defect management tool to log and track defects, providing clear and concise steps to reproduce any issues, using tools such as HP’s Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Agile User Story management tools, such as VersionOne.
