LLC — Wake County, NC<br/><br/>Are you looking for a Job or Opportunity??<br/></strong><br/></div><div><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></div><div>ValuePest® of Wake County is recruiting a <strong>high‑driven Route Manager</strong> to build, operate, and expand residential pest control routes across Wake County. <em>This is not a “show up and spray” job.</em> This is a <strong>performance role</strong> for someone who desires to dominate a territory, sell proactively, and operate like an owner.<br/><br/></div><div>If you can sell, serve, and hustle, you can build a six‑figure route and earn future ownership opportunities.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></div><ul><li>Operate a daily residential route with <strong>8 quality stops per day</strong>—not the 15‑stop grind other companies push.</li><li>Inspect homes, diagnose issues, and build treatment plans using IPM.</li><li>Perform drilling, trenching, crawlspace work, and vapor barrier/vent installs.</li><li>Canvasing, generate referrals, and <strong>close service plans</strong> (bonuses paid on top of draw!).</li><li>Set up and tear down local promotions to drive new business.</li><li>Keep your truck tight, clean, organized, and ready to work.</li><li>Complete all required documentation, follow all regulations, & compliance.</li><li>Represent VP with confidence, professionalism, and follow‑through.<br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>What We Require:</strong></div><ul><li>Customer Service <strong>experience is non‑negotiable.</strong> If you can’t service, this isn’t your job.</li><li>Experience installing vapor barriers and vents is a plus.</li><li>Clean driving record, background check, and drug test required.</li><li>Ability to pass NC licensing exam after 60 days of training (exam in Charlotte).</li><li>Physically capable of crawling, climbing, lifting 50 lbs, and working in NC weather (34°–100°F).</li><li>Strong communication, listening skills, and customer service.</li><li>Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work without babysitting.<br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>Schedule:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Monday–Friday, 9–5.</strong></li><li>Weekends and holidays off.</li><li>All work performed locally in Wake County.<br/><br/></li></ul><div><strong>Compensation: </strong>$20,000–$100,000+ per year, based entirely on your performance.
