You will be:<ul><li>Travel to various on-site audits to gather essential financial data. Travel to local on-site audits within the Portland suburbs. Typical travel is local, with occasional assignments up to one hour each way.</li><li>Analyze complex financial records to ensure accurate premium calculations.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a professional demeanor.</li></ul>What you need to be successful:<ul><li>*Candidates must reside in Portland, Happy Valley, West Linn, Clackamas, Oregon City, OR or surrounding areas.</li><li>Personal phone and laptop or computer.</li><li>The ability to dissect financial information and identify discrepancies.</li><li>Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Nexus, Future Audit) is preferred.</li><li>The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.</li><li>The flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work independently.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Insurance audit experience preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient computer skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented and accurate.</li><li>Positive and proactive attitude.</li><li>Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is beneficial.</li><li>A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures is preferred.</li></ul>Your Compensation: As a contractor, you have the flexibility to propose your own rate for this engagement. Compensation will be based on the mutually agreed rate between the contractor and the company, taking into consideration the scope of work, experience, and industry standards. Please provide your desired hourly or project-based rate when applying. Note that as a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and any other employment-related expenses. The budget for this position is $33.50-$38.50 per billable hour. Highlights of your role:
<ul><li>Perform routine quality testing and audits on production lines, processes, and finished products </li><li>Use saws and basic tools to prepare quality samples for testing </li><li>Conduct glue, catalyst, and break testing using standard testing equipment and tools </li><li>Document quality results, nonconformances, and data in designated systems and databases </li><li>Communicate quality issues to production teams to support root cause identification </li></ul> Schedule:<ul><li>Evenings: 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. (Monday-Thursday) </li></ul>Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.

<ul><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word-processing software </li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for 8-10 hour shifts </li></ul>
