Provides comprehensive primary care including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures, coordination of care, referral, preventive care, prenatal care, and health maintenance to a dedicated panel of patients. At times the Physician may be directed to provide services outside of the clinic to meet the patient's needs, e.g., local longterm care center, Pioneer Home, patient's home, and local schools.
