The coordinator works across community-based organizations, City agencies, criminal justice partners, courts, and other stakeholders to strengthen survivor safety, improve offender accountability, increase access to services, and advance a coordinated community response to intimate partner violence. The coordinator is expected to meet applicable local, state, and federal grant requirements and may perform additional duties across MONSE's IPV and victim services programming, as assigned, to maintain continuity of operations and adequate coverage during peak programming, staff absences, special initiatives, or emerging priorities.
