Serve as primary operations representative during assigned shifts, working closely with GM Information Technology, Reliability Engineering, Work Control, Capacity Assurance, Contractors and Maintenance personnel to safely execute planned work, respond to emergencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Service Technician operates and monitors Building Automation Systems (BAS) and critical infrastructure including chilled water systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, UPS systems, generators, transfer switches, power distribution equipment, fire protection systems, and building controls.
