Post Processor Location: White City, Oregon Department: Lab Schedule: Full-Time | Day & Swing Shift Pay: $21.50/hour Status: Regular, Non-ExemptBuddies Brand is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Post Processor to join our Lab team in White City, Oregon. Under the direction of the Lab Manager, this role plays a key part in producing high-quality cannabis products while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.If you're dependable, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced lab environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoOperate Distillation Equipment (60%)<ul><li>Operate and maintain vacuum ovens, roto vap, reactor, atomizer, beaker & wrench, heaters and chillers</li><li>Use hot plates and other lab tools safely and effectively</li><li>Monitor gas levels in the C1D1 room and maintain strict safety awareness</li><li>Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure product quality</li></ul>Cleaning & Organization (10%)<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized lab environment at all times</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly staged and stored</li></ul>Data Collection (30%)<ul><li>Accurately record data in the Buddies Dashboard and run sheets</li><li>Assist with removal of waste biomass</li><li>Maintain clear and accurate documentation</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Strong work ethic and team-player mindset</li><li>OLCC Permit required</li><li>METRC experience preferred</li><li>Microsoft Excel experience preferred</li><li>Ability to follow safety procedures and handle sensitive equipment</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shift</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally</li><li>Frequent use of hands for tools, equipment, and data entry</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed</li><li>Close and color vision required for quality control</li></ul>Why Join Buddies?
