What Youll Do

 As an Inspections & Applications Processor, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Coordinating and processing rental applications accurately and efficiently
	</li><li>Reviewing applicant information and supporting documentation
	</li><li>Assisting with property inspections and documenting findings
	</li><li>Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
	</li><li>Communicating with applicants, tenants, and internal team members
	</li><li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines
	</li><li>Supporting administrative tasks within the single-family department
	</li><li>Helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
</li></ul>

	</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
	</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills
