We are looking for a strong Procurement Specialist, who will be responsible for the sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for SW, SAAS, Cloud & Hosting IT sub-categories. This includes working with different departments to determine and execute purchase approach, purchase requirements, candidate suppliers, and supplier selection. The Procurement Specialist will also be required to ensure compliance of vendor engagements with the company’s Procurement policies and procedures. Tasked with executing the procurement strategies for the organization. + Actively participates in the establishment, communication and implementation of business goals and procurement improvements. + Establishes Global cooperation and proper alignment with IT, Finance, Legal, Services and Operations + Ensure all procurement activities are following the Global Procurement policy and procedures. Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience + A minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in sourcing SW, SaaS & IaaS, including a strong knowledge of software license and SaaS terms. + Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills; highly flexible individual who can handle multiple tasks and activities, intense workload with short timeframes and unplanned requests. + Ability to demonstrate personal attributes such as independent work, confidence, and integrity in addition to being determined and thorough, which is inherent in this position. + Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, complex environment. + Limited domestic travel to attend business meetings. + Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations. The HCM Specialty Sales Executive is accountable for shaping demand, controlling the sales narrative, engaging C-suite buyers, and co-owning closes that position UKG as the enterprise system of record for labor. This role is part of a centralized Enterprise HCM team created to accelerate UKG’s leadership position in the enterprise HCM market. The team operates across verticals and partners with enterprise Account Executives to systematically expand UKG’s HCM footprint. Responsibilities   Enterprise Deal Leadership + Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex Enterprise HCM and Global Payroll opportunities, from early pipeline creation through close. + Partner side-by-side with Account Executives to orchestrate deal strategy, execution, and closure. + Drive multi-threaded engagement across CHRO, CFO, CIO, COO, and executive leadership teams. Competitive Strategy & Deal Execution + Own competitive strategy for HCM and Payroll pursuits against global enterprise vendors. + Lead complex negotiations involving multiple geographies, buying centers, and commercial structures. + Partner with value engineering, product, legal, and executive sponsors to progress and close deals. The base salary for this position is $209,300 to $241,150 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan.
