The Senior Procurement Specialist, Fleet is responsible for leading sourcing initiatives, category execution, supplier performance management, and cost‑optimization projects for Abbott’s Fleet category across North America. This role partners closely with Global Procurement, Fleet Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Units to ensure Abbott maintains a safe, cost‑effective, compliant, and operationally reliable fleet.

Our Product Procurement Engineer manages part development and quality feedback loops for New Product Introduction (NPI), Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), and New Source Introduction (NSI) related activities by collaborating with suppliers, design control engineers, value chain engineering, and procurement category teams. Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and cost management activities from concept through PPAP to deliver parts that meet quality, total cost, and timing objectives, in close partnership with cross‑functional teams including supply chain, packaging, transportation, and business resources.
