In this role, you’ll work closely with our Project Management and Field Teams to improve efficiency, deliver quality projects, and support the company’s goals.What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle, including:Office Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Support estimating efforts: set up estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, track historical data, and learn computer take-off software.</li><li>Prepare and manage project documents including submittals, O&M manuals, contracts, and permit applications.</li><li>Assist with material purchasing and tracking, timecards, purchase orders, and general project documentation.</li><li>Help pre-plan projects by organizing drawings, specifications, meeting materials, and procurement needs.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.</li><li>Manage small jobs under the supervision of a Project Manager</li></ul>Field Responsibilities<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Aid with project layout, daily documentation, and coordination of job site activities.</li><li>Support safety and quality control efforts.</li><li>Review submittals and shop drawings as assigned.</li><li>Verify material deliveries and quantities.</li><li>Learn how multiple trades and scopes integrate on a project.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (ABET-accredited), or 5+ years of relevant field experience.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.</li><li>Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Timberline is a plus.</li></ul>Skills for Success<ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Desire for continuous learning and career development.</li><li>Ability to build strong working relationships across teams.</li><li>Interest in mastering both office and field operations to grow into project management or estimating.</li><li>Understanding of job cost tracking, labor management, and change order processes.</li></ul><hr/>If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career, we’d love to hear from you! #hc227094
