You are meant for this job if: Degree in engineering, computer science, product management, business, or related discipline Minimum of 2 years experience in software product management, digital products, or related roles in an Agile environment Strong understanding of Agile development practices, backlog management, and release planning Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions across cross-functional teams Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical to interface with and motivate all levels of personnel, as well as customers.
